Kodak No 2 Rainbow Hawk-Eye A Kodak box camera made in the US in the early 30's. It uses 120 rollfilm, so you could use it if you wished. There is no id on the camera, but I beleive it is a No 2 Rainbow Hawk-Eye in vermillion. It is a reddish brown colour with imitation "snakeskin" covering. Has brass coloured fitting. These were made of stiffened cardboard, and were notorious for letting light in at the join between the front and back.... Just in case you do want to use it. These are quite rare items today, as they were cheaply made and most have virtually disappeared. ~ The covering is complete, but needs a gently clean, and is slightly wrinkled in a couple of places, but is in great display nick. the fittings are a little tarnished. The only id would have been on the strap which is missing. Asking Price $45.00

Brownie No 2 Hawk-Eye Model C This is a No 2 Cartridge Hawk-Eye Model C. Made in 1929, it is from the UK, and comes in its distinctive green and white original box. The camera is probably NOT MINT,it is over 75 years old, and no matter what it cannot be "as new". The Hawk-Eyes of this era were for use mainly as premium items for some form of competition or giveaway. This one has not a scratch on the leaterette covering. It is solid and still retains its form. There is not a mark on the metal bits, they are still shiny and no rust at all. The handle/carry strap on this camera is literally as new!. The box shows some signs of its age and of storage, but it is complete , and also looks good. To top it all off, the camera uses the still readily available 120 rollfilm, so you could laod it up and shoot a roll if you wish. ~ The camera is a clean internally as it is on the outside and very usable. $90.00
